CUMPLIMIENTO OBLIGATORIO DEL CONTROL DE REGISTRO HORARIO

Pasamos a recordarles la entrada en vigor en mayo de 2019, la normativa sobre control de jornada laboral, por medio del Real Decreto Ley 8/2019 de 8 de marzo.

Las empresas deben tener un registro de entrada y salida para controlar las jornadas realizadas por sus trabajadores.

La empresa debe conservar estos registros durante cuatro años, a disposición de los trabajadores, sus representantes legales y la Inspección de Trabajo, ya que su incumplimiento puede conllevar una sanción de hasta 6.250€.

La realización de horas extraordinarias está limitada a 80 horas anuales, exceptuando las que se debieran realizar en caso de fuerza mayor.

El registro de jornada se debe realizar todos los días que el trabajador ocupe su puesto de trabajo, en los periodos de vacaciones y permisos no se debe registrar.
